📋 Description
- Set vision and strategy for US Retail in KEEN’s DTC landscape.
- Own P&L and lead financial/operational execution across Retail.
- Drive omni-channel journeys with eCommerce and wholesale teams.
- Develop immersive physical retail experiences and innovations.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of leaders and staff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing, ops, and KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in retail; footwear industry preferred.
- 3+ years in retail leadership and distributed teams.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Experience building teams, training, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends/evenings and lift up to 30 lbs.
