🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years in a technical role (AI Eng, Sales Ops, RevOps) in SaaS/tech scale-ups.
• Experience building AI agents/workflows (Dust, ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain).
• Automation of CRM processes and data flows between CRM and AI platforms.
• Scripting/APIs/Webhooks know-how; experience with Make, n8n or Zapier.
• Analytical, autonomous, able to explain technical topics to non-tech stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English (B2/C1 level).
