🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in capital management at a leading financial institution.
• Hands-on capital planning and management, forecasting, and frameworks.
• Experience across funding, liquidity, and balance sheet management in complex financial services.
• Extensive use of stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis.
• Builder and operator with ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop financial frameworks.
