Senior Accountant - Professional Accounting services

📋 Description

• Manage daily accounting for multiple hotels with complex transactions
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and review payroll entries
• Review AP coding and monthly close for client reports
• Prepare month-end financial statements for client staff
• Assist in training Staff Accountants and provide guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a directly related accounting role
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, Peachtree
• Knowledge of M3 software preferred; hospitality experience helps
• Strong attention to detail and clear English communication
