Aviation Certification Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Own FAA certification process for Starlink aircraft solutions
• Coordinate with design/manufacturing for regulatory compliance
• Deliver certification plans, tests, analyses, and manuals on deadlines
• Act as subject matter expert on FAA processes internally
• Drive process improvements to reduce overhead
• Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure early regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
• 1+ years in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing
• Strong documentation skills (Microsoft Word, reports)
• Experience with FAA certification preferred
• DO-160 environmental/testing experience a plus
