FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• This role will join Coursera’s Finance team and play a strategic role in forecasting, business
• Partner with internal consumer business leaders and FP&A to define, track, analyze, and
• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly topline performance updates and business deep dives.
• Build and enhance scalable financial models, including regional forecast models, LTV/CAC framework
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and tools to streamline forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Ability to build credibility with diverse audiences and collaborate to deliver analyses and
• Direct experience with Excel, G Suite, NetSuite, and planning systems like IBM TM1/Oracle Essbase.
• Experience working with large data volumes, deriving insights, and communicating with business
• Experience in financial modeling and understanding US GAAP revenue recognition standards.
