Aseptic Training Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee daily production activities and train operators on departmental processes
• Direct a shift to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Monitor production schedule and escalate potential safety/quality events
• Lead troubleshooting and training for SOPs and training programs
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and EHS for compliance and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 6+ years in manufacturing (chemical/pharma) with supervisory experience a plus
• Strong GMP and EHS knowledge
• Proficient with MS Office and manufacturing monitoring systems (PI, DCS, etc.)
• Technical background with safety focus and ability to train staff
