What you will do:

• Provide technical support by assisting users with subscription-related questions, cancellations, pricing and rate inquiries via emails;

• Help customers navigate the app and understand its key features and functionality;

• Guide users through the installation and setup of the keyboard and troubleshoot basic issues.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support role);

• Technical background or experience working with technical products;

• Experience working with software products or platforms;

• Experience working in a startup environment;

• Ability to work independently with minimal documentation, clear instructions, or established processes;

• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand new products and workflows;

• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
