📋 Description
- Support and guide new RBTs as they begin working in CentralReach
- Assist RBTs with proper data collection and documentation
- Review session notes for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Identify documentation or clinical quality concerns and provide feedback
- Conduct trainings and retraining for RBTs as needed
- Help RBTs understand company expectations and ABA documentation standards
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ABA experience required
- Strong understanding of ABA terminology, data collection, and session documentation
- Experience with CentralReach strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and training skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable providing constructive feedback
