📋 Description

• Own regional growth strategy across Mexico, Argentina, Chile.
• Forecast marketing plan and KPI alignment.
• Lead regional growth team development and accountability.
• Partner with Revenue and Customer Success leaders.
• Leverage AI to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and campaigns.
• Hands-on data analysis, reporting, and cross-channel campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant growth marketing or regional growth leadership experience.
• End-to-end growth strategy with measurable campaigns and forecasts.
• Experience hiring and coaching growth professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with Looker/Metabase/Amplitude/Segment or similar.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze or SFMC.
• Proven use of generative AI in data analysis and campaign work.
