Investor Relations Associate

📋 Description

• Build and manage allocator relationships with family offices and HNW individuals
• Support live fundraising mandates with concise briefing notes
• Develop a pipeline of new investor relationships via regular outreach
• Research investors to understand strategies and appetite
• Provide thoughtful, non-transactional communications
• Collaborate with senior investors to observe and contribute to mandates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building investor networks in wealth management, private banking, or family offices
• Proven ability to initiate conversations and grow new relationships
• Repeatable approach to identifying investors and maintaining credibility
• Understanding of how investors allocate capital, incl. direct US startup investments
• Strong listening/relationship skills with a consultative approach
• Discretion, integrity, and professionalism with confidential data
