Project Manager

📋 Description

• Report to the Engagement Manager, manage software delivery, support, or maintenance projts
• Establish, monitor, and control progress checkpoints or SLAs
• Utilize resources effectively and maintain up-to-date info
• Define project scope and brief the team using Agile methods
• Plan work within an Agile framework with suitable planning tools
• Ensure Agile disciplines are followed and educate client teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT industry experience with 7+ years in Project Management/Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, esp. Scrum
• Excellent stakeholder management across seniority levels
• Experience managing multiple streams within large programs
• Proven governance and budget/commercial management
• Mentoring agile-adjacent team members
