• Ensure demo operations run smoothly and safely
• Evaluate and improve demo sessions, procedures, and delivery methods
• Plan and optimise demo routes with real-time adjustments
• Adapt content and delivery to audience needs
• Log issues and observations to support engineering teams
• Maintain professionalism as a brand ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• Full clean Japanese driving licence
• At least 8 years' driving experience, mainly in Japan
• No blameworthy insurance claims in past 3 years
• Calm under pressure; strong team collaboration
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback
• Experience as a demo operator or similar role
