📋 Description
- Plan and coordinate surveying and drafting for heavy civil projects in Canada.
- Conduct field surveys to support construction activities, including modeling and layout.
- Complete as-built surveys and analyze data for docs and progress claims.
- Perform quantity calculations for project reporting.
- Prepare and maintain drawings for planning, interim deliverables, close-out docs.
- Maintain survey records, field docs, and project deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree or college diploma in surveying, geomatics, construction, or related.
- At least 3 years of professional surveying experience, preferably in construction/heavy civil.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical docs.
- Hands-on DGPS (e.g., Trimble R12), Total Station (e.g., SX10), and drone (e.g., Phantom 4 Pro)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation; commitment to safe practices.
