• Scout and access potential China-based partners in AI/ML and automation.
• Track emerging AI/ML applications in biotherapeutic discovery.
• Assess discovery-stage automation solutions and customized automation systems.
• Evaluate China-based external platforms for quality, scalability, and fit.
• Facilitate learning from China-based partners to the global BGM team.
• Contribute to external diligence on feasibility and capability fit.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. with 5–10 years or master’s with 10–15 years experience.
• Background in life sciences, chemistry, CS or related field.
• Experience in AI/ML-enabled discovery or automation.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML methods, automation, data-enabled workflows.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML solutions in biotherapeutic discovery.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; based in Shanghai, travel 20–30%.
