- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration using Xero.
- Process invoices, payments, expenses, reconciliations and other routine bookkeeping transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in line with Australian bookkeeping practices.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including following up outstanding invoices where required.
- Manage and organize bookkeeping-related correspondence and administration through Microsoft Outlook.
- Prepare financial information, reports and records for management and assist with general finance administration as required.
