• Turn briefs into AI-generated short-form videos end-to-end
• Direct the shoot through prompting, focusing on composition, lighting, color, motion
• Build and maintain a library of prompt techniques and workflows
• Ensure outputs meet quality, safety, and Canva brand standards
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI tools and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Deep visual storytelling craft: composition, lighting, color, motion
• Hands-on cross-platform creator with generative AI video tool experience (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway
• Strong prompt-engineering skills and rapid iteration
• Ability to manage end-to-end production pipeline to tight deadlines
• Good creative judgement on when AI results are ready
• Receptive to feedback and able to flag risks early
