📋 Description

• Lead the technical side of sales: join early-stage conversations, demos, guide architecture and
• Act as hands-on engineering lead: shipping code, building integrations, high quality standards.
• Build and lead a technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales.
• Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment of AI agents, ensure production accuracy.
• Gather customer feedback, localize the product, represent regional needs to global Product team.
• Serve as local technical point of contact, build partnerships and handle escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience that shipped
• Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations
• Customer-facing background in roles like Site CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer
• Strong leadership DNA with director/VP/founder level experience
• Excellent English plus fluency in the local language
• Comfortable operating independently in a zero-to-one environment
