Software Engineering Manager II - Fulfilment

📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a team of software engineers
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics and Operations
• Own planning and delivery of the team's roadmap
• Establish sound technical direction with senior engineers
• Improve reliability, scalability, security, observability and cost efficiency
• Establish engineering practices for design reviews, testing, deployment, incident response

🎯 Requirements

• Min. 8 years software engineering experience, building/operating production systems
• Min. 2 years managing software engineers
• Hands-on experience with LLM and generative AI solutions
• Understanding of AI system risks: hallucinations, privacy, security, reliability, latency, cost
• Backend engineering, distributed systems, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure
• Experience delivering complex cross-team projects
