• 4+ years Spark/ML/AI in production
• Python, Java, or Scala proficiency
• Data lakes, SQL databases, cloud DW/ETL tools
• AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting
• 3-5 years customer-facing experience
