ERP System Administrator (Acumatica)

📋 Description

• Own Acumatica ERP across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Project accounting.
• Configure, operate, and improve Acumatica; manage user access, security, workflows, and modules.
• Design finance solutions using native Acumatica features (Generic Inquiries, Business Events
• Support core Finance workflows: AP, AR, GL, project accounting, billing, close.
• Collaborate with Finance to capture requirements and deliver Acumatica enhancements.
• Troubleshoot Acumatica issues and coordinate with implementation partners while building internal

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Acumatica administration across Finance and adjacent modules.
• Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing, AP workflows, or admin tasks.
• Experience in Acumatica major-version upgrades, risk assessment, testing, and rollout.
• Experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, and approvals
