🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects; budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
