Senior Associate – AI ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML apps and Generative AI workflows.
• Design RAG solutions with document ingestion and vector search.
• Develop agentic AI workflows with tools, memory, and guardrails.
• Integrate foundation models; select models for quality and cost.
• Implement prompt engineering and tuning where justified.
• Create reproducible evaluation pipelines for metrics and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/DS/AI or related field, or equivalent
• 3–5 years in software/data/ML with Generative AI experience
• Strong Python; pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• LLM patterns: prompting, embeddings, RAG, vector DBs, tools
• REST APIs, JSON, databases, enterprise systems
• OOP/modular design, testing, logging, debugging, docs
