📋 Description

• Lead strategic, operational and technical mgmt of Environmental Testing in Croatia.
• Ensure high-quality services, accreditation compliance, financial targets.
• Direct lab ops for water, wastewater, soil, sediment, monitoring.
• Oversee daily operations, resource planning, capacity mgmt, workflow optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Invest in equipment, tech and infrastructure; ensure timely results.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, or related natural sciences
• 7-10+ years in environmental testing labs
• 2-5+ years in leadership/management
• Experience in water testing, soil/sediment analysis, environmental chemistry
• Laboratory operations, budgets, and team management
• Business fluent English and Croatian (written and spoken)
