📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive medical assessments and evidence-based treatment for co-occurring medical
• Monitor vital signs, labs, and other medical data to ensure medical stability; collaborate with
• Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team with medical providers, therapists, dietitians, peer
• Communicate via electronic medical record messaging to support patients and communicate with the
• Document effectively within Equip’s electronic medical record in accordance with policies and
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, continuing education and department meetings

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in family medicine or dual certification in internal medicine and
• Must be able to see patients across the lifespan; active, unrestricted medical license in one or
• 3+ years of clinical practice; experience supervising or collaborating with APPs preferred.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery strongly preferred; eating disorder medical
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to adapt to changing clinical priorities and maintain
• Willingness to pursue licensure in all 50 states (costs covered by Equip).
