Senior Supplier Quality Engineer - Powertrain

📋 Description

• Assess HV battery supply quality, drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Powertrain Eng and Sourcing on supplier selection
• Support manufacturability of HV designs and scale production
• Review PPAPs with strict HV safety tolerances
• Issue 8D corrective actions and support resolution
• Ensure safe handling/storage/transport of HV systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Eng
• 3+ years in Quality/Supplier Quality in auto/aerospace/medical
• NPI experience and quality systems improvements
• Experience with laser/UW welding, potting, EOL tests
• Problem solving: Six-Sigma, 8D, Pareto, DOE, ANOVA
• Tools: PFDs, FMEAs, PC Plans, SPC, MSA, Process Capability
