Commercial Lead - Netherlands

📋 Description

• Lead Netherlands commercial execution for Allergan Aesthetics
• Translate France & Benelux strategy to local execution
• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and operations with compliance
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the Netherlands org
• Align field teams with marketing, AMI, Medical, Finance
• Drive growth, partnerships, and Signature Programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related
• Minimum 8 years in commercial leadership in pharma/healthcare
• Experience managing country operations and P&L preferred
• Cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment
• Strong Sales, Marketing and customer engagement knowledge
• Fluency in English and Dutch required
