Flight Test Maintenance (A&P)

📋 Description

• Maintain and develop a fly-by-wire aircraft to aviation standards using shop tools and calibrated
• Perform developmental, experimental and production aircraft maintenance, repair, modification
• Manage preflight, startup, and daily flight test readiness to maximize aircraft availability
• Contribute to Flight Test maintenance policies and procedures (5s, FOD, work orders, tool control)
• Ensure safety and compliance with maintenance policies as part of Archer's Safety Management System
• Provide status updates to the Flight Test Maintenance Manager on assigned aircraft/projects

🎯 Requirements

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P Required)
• 8+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
• 8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Experience with developmental or Part 23/Part 27 flight test maintenance
• Hands-on with fly-by-wire aircraft and flight test instrumentation
• Experience with high voltage systems
