Device Management Engineer – Cloud Services

📋 Description

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices at scale in a retail
• Troubleshoot Windows patching and application deployment via Microsoft Intune.
• Diagnose device, application, and deployment issues using Windows Event Logs and Intune logs.
• Support and maintain Intune provisioning, device profiles, configuration & security policies.
• Implement and maintain Intune policies to configure, manage, and harden Windows endpoints.
• Support Adaptiva Patch and troubleshoot patch workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 patching and deployments with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Intune provisioning, device profiles, configuration & security policies
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment, patch management, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose deployment failures using Event Logs and Intune logs.
• Solid PowerShell scripting skills for troubleshooting, automation, and admin tasks.
• Willingness to learn and support Adaptiva Patch.
