Sr. Construction Project Manager – Electrical Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead field delivery of electrical infrastructure from substation to data-center power systems
• Own schedule and budget for Memphis-based projects with autonomy
• Coordinate with electrical contractors, vendors, utilities, and internal teams
• Oversee safety, quality, and coordination across trades
• Drive approvals, interconnection, testing, and turnover to operations
• Support capacity planning and energization for Memphis campus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years PM experience in electrical/industrial/data-center projects
• 7+ years PM experience on large electrical infra (substations, BESS, data centers)
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, safety, and quality control
• Experience with permitting, interconnection, inspections, and contractor management
• Proficient in scheduling and cost control; track changes and submittals
