Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Own payroll, bonus, benefits, and related accounting areas
• Ensure accruals and reconciliations; support audits
• Ad-hoc analytics to drive business decisions
• Collaborate with Finance, HR/People, and FP&A on cost insights
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and T&E review
• Leverage AI to automate recurring people-cost workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years accounting experience
• US GAAP knowledge for employee costs
• Payroll/compensation accounting ownership
• Experience with ADP/UKG/Workday and ERP reconciliation
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; detail-oriented
• Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CPA a plus
