🎯 Requirements

• Engineering manager experience in software or developer operations.
• Experience balancing project work with operational load.
• Strong roadmap planning and cross-team alignment.
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) at scale.
• Infrastructure-as-code knowledge (Terraform or similar).
• Familiarity with Linux and container orchestration (Kubernetes or similar).
