📋 Description
- Lead Tailscale’s Developer Relations function end-to-end with strategy and roadmap.
- Build and scale a multi-channel DevRel program across content, video, events, workshops, and
- Serve as a visible technical voice and maintain technical credibility with developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, Content, Sales, and Success teams to influence
- Define and track DevRel performance, audience growth, activation, and funnel contribution.
- Manage DevRel budgets, vendors, and resourcing for high impact results.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Developer Relations, advocacy, engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years in managing or leading technical contributors and scaling DevRel.
- Strong ability to communicate credibly with a technical audience.
- Experience building multi-channel DevRel programs with portfolio-level tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to translate priorities into a DevRel strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Strong program management, planning, and risk communication.
