Support Engineer, U.S. Government Support

📋 Description

• Support and Engineering cross-function work for public sector Gov’t customers in secure envs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex GitLab deployments under strict constraints.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to reproduce edge-case defects and improve docs.
• Contribute to internal tools, docs, and support workflows; participate in on-call rotations.
• Remote, collaborative environment built on trust and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship required due to government security needs.
• Strong Linux admin skills; troubleshoot in complex environments.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling and gateway architectures.
• Ruby or Bash scripting; Ruby on Rails preferred.
• Git and CI/CD experience; strong documentation skills.
• Clear, empathetic explainers for diverse technical audiences.
