📋 Description
- Lead AI security strategy across Ripple's AI systems and development lifecycle.
- Define guardrails for LLM adoption and secure agentic AI workflows.
- Build AI-powered security tooling in partner teams to embed security by design.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in Security Engineering with domain depth in security areas; AI/ML security experience
- Deep understanding of AI/LLM security concepts (prompt injection, data poisoning, etc.).
- Experience securing agentic AI systems (sandboxing, perimission scoping, runtime monitoring).
- Cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD security, container/Kubernetes, IAM, API security.
- Strong threat modeling (STRIDE/MITRE ATLAS/OWASP LLM Top 10).
- FinTech/crypto exposure and regulatory frameworks (NYDFS, SOC 2) beneficial.
