Senior Software Engineer - Quicksilver - Distributed Key Value

📋 Description

• Work on Cloudflare’s distributed large-scale key-value store (Quicksilver)
• Develop new features in Go; review PRs and contribute to the codebase
• Improve performance, resource usage, and monitoring tools
• Debug and investigate hard-to-reproduce issues; participate in on-call and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building robust, high-quality, performant distributed systems
• Background in storage systems, peer-to-peer systems or system programming
• Ability to trace issues across multi-layer software stacks; curious and autonomous
• Proactive, pragmatic, and capable of simple, smart designs for complex problems
• Comfort with both low-level and high-level programming and diverse languages
• Collaborative and receptive to constructive design feedback
