Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care Evenings

📋 Description

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide one-on-one client care in private duty setting
• Deliver high-quality care with compassion and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred for home care
• Ability to work evenings and travel to client homes
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Private duty/home health care knowledge a plus
