🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s with 12+ years, Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years in relevant fields
• Deep knowledge of colloidal, interfacial, particle-to-particle interactions
• Experience with electrochemical systems or devices
• Proven record in slurries/dispersion for demanding apps
• Proficiency with electrochemical/material characterization techniques
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
