Device Management Engineer – Cloud Services

📋 Description

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices at scale for retail
• Troubleshoot Windows patching and app deployment via Microsoft Intune.
• Diagnose device, app, and deployment failures using Event Logs and Intune logs.
• Support Intune provisioning, device profiles, configuration policies, and security policies.
• Implement and maintain Intune policies to configure, manage, and harden endpoints.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for troubleshooting, automation, remediation, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 patching and app deployments with Intune.
• Experience managing Intune provisioning, device profiles, configuration/security policies, and
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment, patch management, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose failures using Windows Event Logs and Intune diagnostics.
• Solid PowerShell scripting skills for troubleshooting and automation.
• Willingness to learn Adaptiva Patch and support patch workflows.
