📋 Description
- Lead the global medical strategy for pipeline and in-market Rare Diseases products, ensuring
- Drive launch excellence and launch readiness across international affiliates, developing and
- Generate and synthesize medical insights, translating findings into strategic recommendations and
- Lead scientific communication activities, evidence-generation initiatives and publication planning
- Develop and maintain relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders and scientific experts
- Partner closely with Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Market Access teams to ensure
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, with
- Proven experience supporting product launches and launch-readiness activities, ideally within Rare
- Experience in regional or global Medical Affairs roles is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, such as Medicine, Pharmacy or Biology; an MD, PhD or MSc in
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without relying on formal
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills across international
