📋 Description

• Own system architecture across electrical, RF, mechanical, thermal, and power domains.
• Define and drive technical standards, architecture, and engineering processes for Axon 911 hardware.
• Collaborate with EE, RF, SW, and ME leads to align system requirements and cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years hardware engineering with deep expertise in at least two of EE, RF, ME and knowledge of
• Proven ability to own system architecture and cross-disciplinary decisions for complex hardware.
• Experience taking compact, battery-powered hardware from concept through mass production
• Deep experience in RF/antenna integration, power, thermal, EMI/EMC, shielding, enclosure design
• Experience developing system requirements and validation plans with familiarity of US/international
• Experience with ODM/JDM or contract manufacturers.
