📋 Description

• Design and develop services and applications on AWS that power our platform.
• Define engineering standards and drive system design across the org.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tooling to improve delivery quality and maintainability.
• Own technical decisions end-to-end; collaborate with product and partners.
• Translate business challenges into scalable software solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor teammates through technical direction and code/design reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in lead/senior roles.
• Production-grade enterprise software experience; strong distributed systems knowledge.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development workflows and evaluation of AI-generated code.
• Proficiency in C#/-.NET, Java, Go, AWS, Docker/ECS/EKS, CI/CD, REST APIs, event-driven systems
• Strong ownership and communication across technical/non-technical partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
