- Understand delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and address root causes
- Collaborate with teammates growing into more technical work
🎯 Requirements
- Experience designing systems, workflows, and automation in cross-functional environments
- Strong familiarity with Jira and automation tooling
- Ability to leverage AI in tooling and processes
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Proven track record shipping impactful internal platforms or tools
