📋 Description

• Lead global medical strategy for Rare Diseases pipeline and in-market products.
• Drive launch excellence and readiness across international affiliates.
• Generate medical insights; translate into strategic recommendations.
• Lead scientific communications, evidence-generation, and publications.
• Develop relationships with international KOLs and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Market Access teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Medical Affairs within pharma, exposure to innovative medicines.
• Experience supporting product launches and launch-readiness, preferably Rare Diseases/Neurology.
• Regional or global Medical Affairs experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's in Life Sciences; MD/PhD/MSc in Neuroscience or related field desirable.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.
