Shopify Plus Developer

📋 Description

• Build, scale, and maintain enterprise-grade e-commerce experiences using Shopify Plus.
• Work with Shopify Functions, Shopify Markets, Checkout Extensibility, metaobjects, and structured
• Collaborate with product, design, UX, QA, and marketing teams to deliver storefront experiences.
• Participate in agile processes (daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprints, retros) and support
• Own features end-to-end from development to release and post-deploy monitoring.
• Hybrid role: in Toronto office three days a week to collaborate with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify Plus themes with Liquid, HTML, CSS
• Experience with TypeScript, Rust, or React is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), enterprise SEO, A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience with Checkout Extensibility and supported APIs; avoid deprecated patterns.
• Experience building advanced commerce logic with Shopify Functions (discounts, shipping, cart
• Strong understanding of GitHub environments, CI/CD, and automated deployment workflows.
