Associate, Strategic Finance (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Craft recommendations using a data-driven approach with business intuition for pricing decisions
• Support build of models and tooling that produce business insights and scenario modeling
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales teams on portfolio strategy
• Identify profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights to guide strategy
• Source, organize, and analyze data to support strategic programs
• Monitor ACA trends and inform leadership during selling season

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of finance experience including healthcare, consulting, insurance or financial services
• 2+ years of experience with Google products (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft equivalents
• 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives

• Base pay range: $96,876 - $127,149 per year; full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision
