- Lead and deliver enterprise implementations end to end
- Coordinate an Implementation Pod (Solutions Architect + Specialist)
- Partner with customer executives and internal teams
- Ensure delivery meets scope, budgets and timelines

- Proven success delivering enterprise software implementations
- Strong stakeholder management, including with C-levels
- Leadership and collaboration, influence without authority
- Strategic risk management, planning and prioritisation
- Calm, organized, results-driven under pressure
- Presenting and reporting on multiple complex projects
