📋 Description

• Develop 3-5 year long-range financial models with scenarios.
• Set top-down targets for annual planning and align org.
• Partner with executives on strategic initiatives and ROI analyses.
• Lead pricing strategy and packaging analysis to optimize revenue.
• Drive due diligence and integration planning for M&A opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Marketing for alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CFA preferred.
• 12+ years in progressive FP&A/finance in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading and scaling teams; pricing strategy in SaaS.
• Expertise in SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, renewal economics.
• Advanced modeling skills (Excel/Python) for multi-scenario planning.
• Strong communication; ability to present to execs/boards and influence decisions.
