Flight Test Maintenance (A&P)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain a fly-by-wire aircraft to aviation standards using shop tools
• Perform maintenance, repair, modification, installation, and testing tasks
• Preflight and ready aircraft for daily flight test ops, maximize availability
• Help develop flight test maintenance policies and procedures
• Follow safety policies for ground operations as part of Archer SMS
• Provide plans/status updates to Flight Test Maintenance Manager

🎯 Requirements

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P required)
• 8+ years in aerospace; 8+ years aircraft maintenance
• Experience with developmental or Part 23/27 flight test maintenance
• Hands-on with fly-by-wire aircraft and flight test instrumentation
• Aircraft configuration management and conformity experience
• Experience with high voltage systems

• This is a base pay position with a target range of $87,000 - $108,000
