• Build and improve distributed data applications powering segmentation platform
• Own features end to end from design to deployment and operation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years as a Software Engineer with backend focus
• Experience with Java, Python, or Go and OO design
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Strong coding practices and data structures/algorithms knowledge
• Ownership mindset and end-to-end accountability
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical teammates
